RETURN POLICY – PLEASE BE SURE TO READ CAREFULLY.
We have specifically set up this website to enable our customers to shop with us during the current Covid 19 crisis. Jewellery can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase to our London store ONLY for a full refund. After that, we can no longer accept your returns.

Returned items must be undamaged, unused, in its original condition and packaged with all labels and tags still attached. Returns should be clearly labeled with the name, address, and telephone number that was registered at the time of purchase on our website. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund the transaction.
Please allow 5-7 working days from receipt of a return for us to process your credit note. Once a refund is processed you will receive a confirmation email.
Please note that the acceptance of the return of a product is in our absolute and sole discretion.
We cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
